The Garden.
Kincavel Manor garden is known for the specific types of fruits and vegetables that are grown in it. The majority of the produce grown are an heirloom version focusing on the purple color that appears. After going through a battle with cancer, the Halbert family did research on cancer fighting food. One of the most powerful cancer fighting agents found in nature is known as anthocyanin. Anthocyanin is found is fruits and vegetables that contain a deep purple color, so most of the produce that comes from the garden carries a beautifully rich purple vibrancy.
No pesticides or chemicals are used on the garden, keeping the produce organic and all natural. Partnering with the bees, the garden is well pollenated and thriving on the property.
